These tanks have a 5 year hydro test date The 68 is Pure Energy's pro level air-system. This system combines a popular bottle and the top of the line Pure Energy Reactor regulator. The Pure Energy Reactor regulator has a preset output pressure set between 800-900 PSI this air-system works great with any marker on the market from Piranhas to Angels. With Pure Energy Reactor regulators now being re-buildable this system is the user-friendliest screw-in air-system in paintball. On most markers you can expect to get 1100-1400 shots from a full fill. The exemption for Pure Energy's carbon fiber bottle means you only have to have it rehydrotested every five years. With the CFT piston and streamlined setup this air system is both extremely consistent over the chronograph and has very little drop off as you shoot the gas out of the tank (life of the fill). These are attributes sometimes found in much more expensive air-systems packaged into a smaller, easier to use screw-in system. 68cu fiberglass wrapped bottle, Consistent Flow Technology piston, Mil-spec Belleville springs, dual safety rupture plugs for both bottle and downstream safety, mechanical gauge, nickel plated brass bonnet, certified fill nipple and dual locking set screws.

i have one of these and it works great..very light and very efficient...had a slight leak but the tank is 3 years old and all tanks will leak over time but its a great tank

Great tank, but be warned!
If you have a Spyder, then you are going to be filling this thing after every game. it can only hold enough air for like 400 shots

Great Tank... I had a 48ci "steel" tank from Pure Energy and it was very very heavy, this tank on the other hand is very light and gives many more shots per tank. A Must buy for any ION owner.

I got this tank about 1 1/2 years ago. It has shot perfectly throughout that time (except when I had to buy a new fill nozzle because the stock one would tear the nozzle oring everytime it was be filled)...with my Spyder Electra and now with my Shocker. It was perfect. Though, about a month ago (today is 2/21/07), my reg wore out when I was standing at the breakout box and released more air than it was designed to release (it released more than 1500 PSI) and the top burst disk blew and i had to dish out $100 to buy a new reg for the tank (Gorilla reg...works like a charm). The stock reg is s***, and almost everyone I asked said the same. The bottle is fine...which most bottles are. But the reg is something to be majorly improved by PMI. I give this product 2 stars instead of 1, since it did the job till the end. My advice, save the extra $30 or so and buy Crossfire, DXS, or anything thats not PMI/Pure Energy.

this is an awesome tank, i personally think its the best one you can get,except for the max-flo system if you have smart parts gun and are looking for an N2 tank get the max-flo its alot lighter and more efficiant.
