Free Ground or Home Delivery Shipping Policy

We are now offering FREE FEDEX GROUND or HOME DELIVERY on all orders over $99. This offer is only valid for the continental United States. This DOES NOT include paintballs, unless otherwise noted on the product info page. Any order with paintballs included automatically does not qualify for the FREE SHIPPING offer.

At checkout, enter Promotion Code: FREESHIP and any order with $99 or more as a total (Handling charge not included in this calculation), not containing paintballs and using FedEx Ground or Home Shipping for delivery in any of the 48 contiguous United States will have their order processed with FREE SHIPPING.

This discount will appear on your initial order but if these conditions are not met, your order will be processed with the shipping charges as applicable. If you are BUYING PAINTBALLS but also have a large order, we suggest placing one order for the paint and one for your other items so you can still take advantage of the Free Shipping offer.

All orders meeting the conditions above and with the added promotion code FREESHIP will be processed with free ground or home shipping, however there will be a small $2.00 handling charge on all orders to help cover the cost of packaging materials.

General Shipping Policy

• All FIRST TIME ORDERS are only SHIPPED to the BILLING ADDRESS of the Credit Card; this is done for your protection as well as ours. The only way around this is if you have an alternate shipping address added to your credit card account. In which case, you must specify your Credit Card Customer Service phone number when you give your order so we can call and verify that Alternate Shipping address with them.
• FREE FedEx Ground Shipping - PROMO CODE: FREESHIP. Orders over $99 (Paintballs not included unless otherwise noted on the product info page) Find out more!
• Shipping is determined by the weight of the items ordered and the method of shipping chosen. Included in the shipping charges; are delivery confirmation, packaging and handling. PunishersPB.com reserves the right to change shipping charges that did not calculate properly. We will notify you beforehand for approval of any order that has a significant change in shipping cost.
• FED EX Shipping: FED EX delivers Tuesday-Saturday. We chose Fed Ex because of this special Saturday Delivery that comes at no extra cost to the customers. We feel Saturday is a day when most people will be home to accept there packages and FED EX is one of the only companies that does not charge extra for that feature. FED EX Next Day Air also delivers M-F and on Saturday, if you place an order for Next Day Air and want it on Saturday please specify "Saturday Delivery" when you place your order.
• USPS Shipping: We now ship priority mail to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes! If you are having your product shipped to one of these (APO, FPO, or PO box) please choose USPS priority mail only! All other addresses can ship with other carriers other than Priority Mail. We send all orders out standard 2-3 Day Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We recommend Fed Ex for larger bulkier items or items that need to be tracked.
• Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers are updated at the end of each business day. Once the tracking numbers are put into our database the system emails the tracking number to whatever email you entered when you placed the order. If you did not get an email confirmation of your order initially, this means you most likely entered the wrong email address. FED EX orders can be tracked at www.FEDEX.com, and Priority Mail orders can be tracked at USPS.gov.
• APO & FPO orders: Orders can only be shipped to APO and FPO address via USPS Priority Mail.
• Hawaii and Alaska: Fed Ex will only ship to these places via Next Day Air and 2-Day Air. In most cases on lightweight packages it is much cheaper to us USPS Priority to these areas.
• All N2 Systems and Co2 Tanks can only be shipped empty due to DOT transportation regulations.

Shipping Cost Calculator

For your convenience Punisherspb.coms website has a shipping calculator that allows you to check shipping costs before placing a order. All you need to do is add the items you want to purchase in a shopping cart. On the bottom of the page you will find a place to enter your country and postal code. After you enter these several shipping rates will come up on the screen.

International Customers

• Please be aware that large items or a large number of items will not fit in flat rate envelopes or flat rate boxes. If you have large items please choose regular US Priority Mail or FedEx International.
• Flat rate envelopes and First Class mail are for small parts like a small gun parts or anything very small in size.
• Flat rate boxes will hold some larger things like clothing or slightly larger parts. They will not hold tanks, loaders, gear bags, etc
• If you happen to choose a shipping method that will not hold your items we will email you and let you know that there will be a increase in shipping charges. This will of course take additional time for your items to be shipped if you choose a method that will not hold your items. We will have to email you and get approval for any additional shipping charges before charging your credit card.

Shipping Choices

• First class is a cheap way to ship but its the slowest method.
• Priority Mail is a moderate shipping rate and it is faster than first class
• Express is the fastest method through the US post office
• FedEx International is the fastest and best way to ship but its generally more expensive than the other methods. It provides the best tracking and most reliable service. We get a very big discount on FedEx international and we give that to you the customer. Our rates will be much cheaper than the standard rate you will find on fedex.com
